Sir, I am Phillips Joseph, My credit card No. 4550 3863 2943 1000, As we are employed, My two statements sent by courier from your end have been returned. I have received the message on my mobile to confirm the address on your Customer Care No. Yesterday I have tried, I was not successful in confirming the same. Now I am confirming by this e-mail that I am living at the same address for the past 25 years and will continue till my last, as it is my own house.

Further, If you would like to send my statements by e-mail it will be fine, which will avoid all these hassles. OR if you have to send any correspondence by post/courier, please mention the delivery time as after 5.00 pm by which time my wife will be at home and she will receive the same.
