Fraud transation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Jileesh. P.A from Bangalore. Today morning on my mobile i got an citi alert that i spend Rs.13050.00 at. Final FX rates & charges apply for international transations.

But in fact I am not done any transations & this is a fraud transation. I called your customer care at bangalore to 080-22272484 & the told they cann't do any thing. I have to wait for 1 week to get more details.

But I request you to cancel this transations immediately & i want to know the details how it is done. I never given my crad details & pin to any body, I am operating from my home internet.
