Due date changes several times

I received e-mail from: "CitiAlert. India@citicorp.com"

on my e-mail rakeshpokhariyal@yahoo.com on Sat, 28 November for the subject Credit Card Payment Due Date Reminder.

My due date for payment was generally 6th, or 7th, of every month. But this month the due date for payment Rs 6111.23 is 3rd, December.

Why citibank changes due date every times?

So I will not use the citibank credit card in future. Please cancell my card.
