CITIBANK/CREDIT CARD
New Card Declined

Hi, I was holding few credit card and surrendered all of them thought to use my debit card.

of late i ve applied fresh credit card to ICICI/Kotak Mahindra and Citibank all of them declined to make new credit card. i want to know the reason for the same as i am income tax payer and come in bracket of 30L pa. My ref # with citibank is 09120480750.
