Citi Bank Credit Card
Reversal of Amount

Hello,

I have one credit card of Citi Bank since month of May I am chasing them for some fraud transactions which were never done by me, for a couple of month these guys removed the charges but after that again they put it back on my card, now all my complains are falling to deaf ears and instead these guys don't fail to call and harras me. I have also lodged a police complain with the details provided by the bank but we all know how the Indian Police system works.
