Credit card in cibil

Sir,

my old credit card number is 5189369170565007.i had paid full dues but your bank still put my case in cibil.your bank has already issued me a new credit card and the new credit card number is 5189369170565023.i want to know then why you people put me in cibil.

this is the second time i am writing this mail to you and you people are not replying.

kindly reply me as early as possible.

i hope you will do the needful.
