Request for conversion in EMI

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a credit card holder in your bank and my credit card number is 5546 1968 1307 0006. I have cancelled this card after so many efforts before two months, but there is outstanding on my card which i need to clear.

At the time of card closer i was given an option of making the payment in installments for which i need your EMI facility. Now since last two months i am struggling with your phone banking as well as collection team but i found them hopeless. Everyone hang up with an assurance of call back. However no one call me back.
