Citi Bank Credit Card
Wrong Information Provided

Some executive name Kavita from some agency (nos 022- 67084386) had called me and I have applied for the (citibank Indian oil Titanium) credit card which I have received the credit card from Citi bank 10 days before.

According to her I will be getting a limit of Rs 3 lakh from which I can withdraw 50% in first 6 month and more then 50% after 6 month, but I was shocked when I called the customer care dept according to them there is no limit in my account and there will be no limit for next 6 month, if this was the condition then CITI should have clearly disseminated the info to the agency so that inturn we would have received the info in correct form.

Would appreciate if you can make the amount available immediately, but if you cant then let me know so that I can return the card and wont submit the rest 3 credit card form, coz I don’t want anyone else facing the same problem of selling the product with wrong commitments.
