My Name in CIBIL defaulter list

Recently I came to know that my name is appearing in CIBIL defaulter list which reported by Citibank against account number 0661126116

.

I was the joint account holder with mentioned account number and my father is primary account holder. He had over withdraw Rs.20000 from this account. He had done the payment of the same (I have settlement letter with me) and requested for account closure. Account is still not closed and its showing Rs.7000 as negative balance. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
