Monthly deduction of charges for a card not received

Sir I Dr. Md Vikaruddin Ali Akbar would like to bring to your notice that I had a citibank credit card no.4550389295472016 which got deactivated due to unavoidable circumstances and for which I have payed all my dues in time. All my card transactions I do online. Now they show some other card number which I have not received and I dont even know the full number and for the same I am regularly charged. Please kindly cancel the same at an earliest. Thanks.
