Unneccessary Mental Harassment

I Have availed a Home Loan from Citibank N.A. in the year 2005 and have been paying my due installments in time and uptodate. Till now there have not been a single bouncing from my side. I have been repeatedly been contacted by the Citibank N.A. to provide certain Number of cheques for the due installments, which i have been providing them, but on one pretext or the other they are sending the same back to me and each time use threatening calls to me that if i do not send the desired cheques to them then my property shall be auctioned. For that matter I have received the calls from the following number 011-30265700.

My submission is that

1. If my home loan account is going perfectly fine, then why such harassment.

2. If i have provided the bank with the duly signed cheques then why did they return the same to me and are asking for new ones (For that matter i have provided them fresh 12 cheques on 29.12.2010 which was acknowldged to me vide receipt No. 26589 dated 29.12.2010 at Ludhiana.

Prior to that I have submitted 19 cheques on 11.08.2010 acknowldged vide receipt No. 02511, which were returned back to me by post.

3. If all my installments are getting paid in due course of time then why such threatening calls to me.

4. I would like to proceed against them in the Court Of Law so that they are brought to task.
