Citibank Suvidha account
Closing of my savings account

Dear Sir,

My company had opened a salary account for the employees with citibank suvidha and I have reseigned from the company since inspite of my two written complaints with the head office at chennai, I still receive statement charging interest on my account till date. There has been no transaction since but still I have beeb receiving statements from citi bank for payment of Interest for maintaining the account. THey have been harassing me for no fault of mine. They are not attending to my complaint nor are they closing my account. The record very clearly shos that no transactions have taken place since 2008.Please resolve this at the earliest or I will have to approach the consumer court, as this is not acceptable at all.
