Loans and credit card problem

When i was working in Dubai in 2004 to 2007 i had taken Loan and credit card form citi bank (5, 000AED (55, 000 INR) & 3000AED (40, 000INR), i payed (25, 000 INR & credit card i paid 20, 000 INR) due to some problem i did was unable to pay loan and credit card bills, i discussed with them to for repaying in few months, due to harassment & harsh words, i am unable to concentrate on my job, my job was terminated. i informed to them, to did not cared about any thing. i came to india, as i can not stay for long time after cancellation of my visa in dubai.

i came to india, i got call and harassment from the collection department and banks.

i got email from the collection to settle 4800 AED to settle down for credit card and loan payment, as i don't have enough money to pay them as my family and my father was hospitalized financial crises.

now i was little stable and i got job, my company telling me to open salary account in citi bank chennai india, is it any problem if i open salary account with the same bank.

i do afraid Citibank will freeze my salary account, as i could be unable to withdraw my salary.

please i will be very much thankful to the every one if some one give me suggestion on this.

QUESTION:

(if i open salary account in india with Citibank, Citibank will not freeze are lien my account).
