Hi,

I am Manoj Arya, my citi card was stolen I there are 4 transactions that are unauthorize. I have given several calls to citi custmer service but all in vein. They are not ready to help me out. To dispute the transactions they asked me to download a form from online from indiaservice@citi.com. However there is no such website. So how will I fill the form and fax it. I have alredy reported it to the police and yet I am not getting any help. Even to dispute they charge Rs.100 per transaction and 12% over the disputed transactions..This is highway robbary.

I dont want to make a payment for the transactions that are not mine..

What should I do??
