Removal of a loan which I never took / applied

Dear Team @ Indian Consumer Complaints,

This mail is in with regards to request your assistance in removal of a loan from CIBIL. Myself, Jafar Khan, working as a Goods Guard in Western Railway & posted at Ratlam. I have always cleared -off all the loans regularly whichever I had availed. Currently I am running a personal loan of 1.65 lakhs with Fullerton India from last 15 months & have applied to get Top-Up through them but they people have called me up and enquired about a loan of 15 lakhs. I was really astonished as I never took a loan worth 15 lakhs. Details of this loan is -

Loan Amount - 15 lakhs

Opened / Sanctioned in - 29th Sep' 2008

Last Reported is - 30th Sep' 2008

Ownership - Individual

Loan Type - Business Loan

They suggested me to write to consumerqueries@cibil.com, I had mentioned all my details to Team@CIBIL & Also called them but they told that it can't be removed from their end; Only they can support is that they can provide details of the concerned Organization which was CITICORP. Citi Corp had already closed down all it's branches in MP, Still I managed to ge ID hat was indiaservice@citicorp.com. Citicorp team suggested to write to wecare@afsindia.com, Now I have put all my details to above mentioned ID but still issue is not resolved.

Request your help, How to overcome this issue? I am a Salaried Individual and do not get plenty of time for all these and Next Month my Daughter's Marriage is getting due for which I have applied loan of 3 lakhs. My clear credit history is also useless as Fullerton people are suggesting for removal of my name through CIBIL.
