Non-receipt of Form No.35

Car loan obtained from CMFL in 2001 towards purchase of Maruti 800 was repaid in full (together with interest thereon) by me. My loan No isCEJ 906 0142489. However, I have not received the Form No.35 so far. I am unable to sell my car without the Form. The address of CMFL at Parel from where I have obtained the loan as given on the internet is Citi Tower, 2nd Floor, Dr. S.S. Rao Road Parel Mumbai 12. Accordingly, I went to that office today. However, no such office is stated to be funtioning there at present. No response also received whenever I tried to contact over phone nos. given under their address. Since I have booked a new vehicle on exchange basis from a reputed car company supply of new vehicle is held up by them for want of Form 35 relating to my old car. Please help me to obtain Form No 35 by intimating the new location and address of CMFL which was shifted from Parel and the new phone Nos. Even after shifting the location, even now the old address and phone Nos have not been amended by CMFL on their website causing much inconvenience to the consumer.
