Citi Credit Card
Credit Card Issued to some other asking me for settlement

I had applied for Citi Bank Credit Card in Bangalore and relocated to some other city due to job change without receiving the credit card. This citi bank credit card has been issue by citi bank to wrong person. This person had made some trasactions on this card and made some payment as well (this i came to know during the conversation with citi bank customer care team later). Every time i am getting the card settlement mails In each and every i tell to verify the signature in my credit card application as well as with the recepient signature and do not want to see the credit card due mails - every time they tell the matter requires investigation and we have intimated to them & we will get back to you soon. Assuring our best services as awalys (I never get any time). There won't be any further communication on this. I heard these cases will be updated in CIBIL and treated as defaulter.

Can you please let me know how to get rid of this?
