Threat given on phone

I am holding a personal laon in name of Sudesh Gupta with Citi Finacial amounting approx. 125000/- from which maximum part is clear, but from last some time my 2 instalment got break, thus I recd. a call from Recovery Agent MR. Jighesh Sharma his mobile number is 9977129911 and told me lot of abusive words and threatened to submit the amount, his complete voice recording is on my phone. I have made a police complaint F.I.R against company and the particular recovery agent.

I just want to ask is this the way company deals to the person whom they rely and give loan. sudeshgupta2001@yahoo.com
