My name is B. Karthikeyan I took a personal loan from

citi finicial, I payed are 25EMIs, now i want to

pay the remaining 5EMI (pre-close) and try to close as early as possible,

when i phoned T. Nagar branch there is no response and

no reply from them, I had been very bitter experience against

citi financial consumer finance.
