Early pay loan amt. fully but status is written off

My name is A.A.shah, im paid my loan amounted rupess 33, 200 interest has been paid early one year. my loan account no-7032018.

but there status is being my full amount. please there is overdue is nill state that it not written off which cause to getting another loan from other bank to me. please solve my complaint early for alll the money paid by me and i have not yet status of written off going on the statement by citi finance.
