Harrassing Recovery Calls

There is some gentleman calling my wife (again and again) from the no 01242641300 for some recovery claiming to be from Citi-Financial. He says he wants to speak to Namrata which my wife has denied again and again. he says that he will keep calling till he is put through to Namrata. Can someone tell me a forum where I can complain about this and if by any chance Citi reads this, you are requested to take suitable action to stop harrassing others who are not at all concerned with Citi.
