Forced to take ULIP

Dear Sir,
I have taken a Personal loan from Citi Finance in Jan’09 for Rs 1.5 Lac for my marriage held on Feb’09. But Citi financial forced me to take ULIP (United linked insurance plan) from Bharti Axa Life for Rs 25k yearly, conditioning that they would only approve loan then when I signed the insurance policy. I that time signed all the docs because I was needy that time. I have been regularly paying PL EMI Bharti axa life yearly premium but now I want to discontinue the policy as its now out of locking period i.e. 3 years old now. But now bharti axa is giving me only Rs 40k for the amnt I have paid to them is Rs 75k in 3 years.
Its only because of Citi finance who had forced me to take this policy 3 years back. Citi finance may have been doing the same practice with all those needy customers who have taken loan from them
If I break the policy I will have a loss of Rs 35k which I am occurring due to citi finance.
I hereby request you to pls take necessary action against Citi finance who is cheating with the customers on the ground of their financial need.
I am providing you the complete address of citi finance from where I had taken a loan along with bharti axa policy loan plus citi finance loan account no for your ready reference.
