Personal Loan (Bouncing Charges)

MY LOAN NO:12992781

I m Deepak Vishwakarma i have took Personel Loan from Citi Financial Bank, In I was not able to submitt my Emi at the given date, but still i have pay total EMI till Today. Now i want to Close the Loan by Paying the total amount in two steps.

1. I want to pay my remaining Total EMI so that my Financial report will be good atleast for nest 6 months.

2. And the bouncing chargeswill not exceed.

3.I can arrange the money of bouncing charges within the month.

i have been paying (cash) EMi at the given date for last 6 months but still i have been charged bouncing charges, and bank is not allowing me stop the ECS payment as i told them that i will pay it cash.

so i have complaint that.

1.They should had informed me that even if i pay cash bouncing charge willbe applicable.

2. Now i want to stop the ECS and pay the remaining EMI, s but they are not allowing me.

and if i settle it thn the my CBIL record get damaged.
