CITI FINANCIAL /PERSONAL LOAN
WRONG INFORMATION

Have taken a loan from CITI Financial in JAN.My loan no is 16165355. Now i wanted to forclose the loan, because I have no job right know. BM of vasant kunj promised at the time of loan disbursement that after 8 months rate of int will be cut down according to my track record (The way I am paying my citi bank loan). According to MR Dheeraj mahajan (BM of Vasant Kunj) he has given me loan of 150000/- but the amount which is credited in my account is 137000/-, without giving me any information about the mediclaim he has done family mediclaim of about 10000/- (After 9 months documents of the policy is still not received by me, Kindly explain the reason for that). I have 2 complained numbers with me 4020087 (spoken to Mr AVinash) and 44002300 (spoken to mr Jaiparkash) which I have noted down to solve my query. At that point of time also nobody told me the right thing they all misguided me. Kindly tell me where I can place my request to solve that
