Abusive Phone calls

Offlate we have been getting calls from 0484 4031049 from someone called Babu claiming to be a collection representative of Citifinancials. The truth is we have had no financial dealings with Citifinancials whatsoever. This has becomes extremely distressing and annoying. We do not know who we should be contacting. We have already notified Citifinancials. They ask us to report to BSNL, BSNL ask us to report to Citifinancials. Then they ask us to report to the cell phone operator. And now after being bounced off like a tennis ball from place to place we have no option.
