Bad Management at company

I worked for Citigroup Credit Card division Internet for 8 years and rose from a developer to a VP.

My complaint is about the management I worked with - Shelly Newman, Steven Creek and Steven Scott were racist in their attitude to the Indians in their group and treated them like slaves.

My sincere wish is that they realize their mistake - in a global economy, they will no longer be able to manage working like supremacists.

Indians are racing ahead of others in the work environment - we are better technically as well as at management and will not take this kind of nonsense anymore from lesser educated and lesser capable co-workers.
