Non Receipt of Provident Fund money

Sir,

I use to work with Citigroup Global Services Ltd and left organisation in the month of February and have submitted my provident fund papers as well. As per my organisation the same have already been routed to your office in Kandivali long ago. And it was intimated to me that it will take around 8 months to receive the money in my account. But its almost 1 year but I haven't received my money in my account.

And I am clueless about how much time will it take to get the money.

Its a humble request from my end kindly release money as I am in dire need of money at this moment.

Hope you understand my point of view.
