Toucher/ Disturb everyday without any cause

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Sandeep Arora started my credit card from city bank in the A.Y 07, but paying the payment of credit card, after the settlement with the city bank, they disturb to me that I have not been paid the payment. From the last one month every day city bank call to me and disturb to me that I have not paid payments.

However I have been sent them Fax of settlement letter with details, they encourage to me that the payment has not been paid from my side.
