City bank Cheque

I am a SBI account holder (ac- 30255729879 name-chandan ghosh).a city bank cheque (no- 011392 submission date-18/05) is submitted in my account on the SBI branch at neharuplace, newdelhi. But the balance yet not been credited.
the cheque is submitted by the company" NIIT ltd., B-234 phase-1 okhla new delhi-110020"
no one entertain my complain nither SBI-neharu place nor the NIIT ltd.
i am helpless at present.please suggest me how can i get my money.
