Cheque Issued to City Bank but not credited to my Credit Card Account

Dear Sir,

I have received the City Bank Credit Card (Card No.5546 3796 1776 4004) in the month of July. I made two transaction of Rs.1170 & Rs.400, and issued the Cheque No.165710 of Rs.1170 & Cheque No.165711 of Rs.400 before the due date only. But i am getting calls from City Bank and they are telling that, "They did't received the amount of Rs.1170/&-quot;. Now in the Year 2010 they are calling me and telling that, "You need to pay the bill and settle the account"..

Please help in this issue.
