City Bank Credit Card
Eceiving new card without applying

Dear sir,

i am holding a city bank credit card since over 10 years now and have never missed a single payment since then.

my present master card expired in december. i still haven't received continuation card for use in the current year and ahead, instead

i received a city bank card with a different number and my name without dr written in front.it is also a visa card not a master card

not having received the cont card i was mistaken it to be my continuation card and also not having any card i had made a transaction with the same.

when i called the city phone no to clear it, i was informed that i have 2 cards now and that i had appllied for a second which i have not.

IF SUCH BE THE CASE WITH RENOWNED BANKS LIKE CITY BANK I WILL BE SUBMITTING BOTH MY CARDS AND CLOSE ALL DEALINGS WITH CITYBANK AT THE EARLIEST, IF THIS IS NOT CLEARED TO ME WITHIN NEXT 7 DAYS!
