In spite of my prompt payments my card has not been honoured

My payment on my City Bank credit Card

on Satur day, the 20th August was

not getting Processed. It was very

embarrassing for me since I was held up

for want of cash. The contacts to City Bank

Customer Cell was not getting processed

even though I input all my card number

details properly
