Non refund of funds invested

This is Kishor Prabhu from Mumbai-Ghatkopar, myself and my brother invested Rs 3, 80, 000/- with City Realcom ltd & City Lumozines Ltd, 1st cheques for Rs 17000/- cleared and rest all cheques are as it is with me now.

Have aslo filled form which was given by mumbai court at CST commissioner office, but now action has taken yet and not getting any news also in newspaper or buletines...

Kindly help me out..its hard work money of my father...
