No development on returns since investments

I have invested for 5 yrs returns of rs 7775/- per month from Oct at Chennai but the cheque bounced from Sep 2009 stating account freezed by EOW. Till date no reply/fruitful result is received. Where I have to complaint about City Realcom against their Regn No RC-9549 dt 3.9.08

My wife also invested for 5 years returns of Rs 5000/- per month from Jul but due to account freezing I could not get any amount of principal or interest since then. Where I have to complaint about City Realcom against their Regn No RC-18816 dt 25.7.2009.
