Non payment of rent per month

Non payment of monthly rent. Initially i have paid rs. 1, 27, 010 for which city Realcom ltd assured me to give monthly rent of rs. 7775 for 5 years whereas at first i have received six cheques of rs. 7775 each on 1.11.2008 and all the cheques were credited in my account without any problem, however, the second issue of six cheques which received on 11.06.2009 for the monthly rent of june to nov where on credit of three cheques the fourth cheque of ABN AMRO bank was bounced back due to insufficient funds. Further i have not received any rent from the company till date neither any response given by the company in spite of repeated reminder. Not even responding on telephone too. I am not getting any idea how to get the money back. Please help me out to get the hard core money back from the company and also guide me how to proceed further and whom to approach.
