Cheque bounced, company closed and whereabouts not known

Sir

I have invested Rs 129010/ in city realcom ltd, a co. of city limouzines ltd on 23.5.2009 thru a chq and was entered with an agreement to get a monthly fix income of Rs 8800/ for 60 months and on termination of agreement after 60 months I will get a fix amount of Rs-50000/ on surrender of preference share certificate which co. has issued along with post dated chq.

I could only get two month payment and their chq no.623984 dtd 23.8.2009 ie from Aug got bounced as fund insufficient in the a/c.my entire hard earned money was digested by the co. they have closed their offices, web address and telephons. I am unable to contact them. since then i have shifted my residence and changed my telephon no.

sir u r requested to take strict action against the co. i appeal to do the needful to get my money back. if at all they may be willing to pay back they would not be able to locate us.
