I have invested nearly Rs.7.25 lakhs with this company. The cheques issued by teh Company had come back with remark insufficient fund. The Director of teh Company Masood has given an interview with DNA daily that he would repay the investors within 1 week if EOW is not harassing him. He also requested the investors to co-operate with him and he would pay them within 2 months. Now its 8 months over there is no action from the government also. What is the fate of teh poor investors
who ahve borrowed and invested. what happened to the properties of the Company at
Mumbai?
