Sub: Refund against cancellation of Policy No. 75818474

This is to bring to your kind notice the following:

We had renewed our Honda City ZX car insurance from your company on 12.03.2011 against a payment of Rs. 6062.00, with a NCB of 50%.

We sold the car without passing the insurance to the buyer.

We applied for a refund of the premium paid & the NCB certificate.

The above insurance was in force for less than a month from the date of renewal & refund sought.

We have received a cheque of Rs. 4766.00 for the same.

It is our contention that the amount refunded by you is much less than what it should be, keeping in view the number of days the policy was in force.

According to us, the amount to be deducted should be not more than 10% of the premium paid.

You are requested to kindly refund the balance amount not refunded, probably thru an oversight.
