Non receipt of pension &dues

Dear Sir,

I retired as CTO from Naval Armament Inspectorate, Jabalpur on 30Th april my ‘PPO No. C/NAVY/17604 dt. 25/1’ was forwarded by the department to ‘ SBI, Kamla Nehru Nager, Branch (7665), the pension for the month of May & retirement dues have not been received till date, on enquiry, it is observed from the local SBI bank branch that your PPO has been misplaced by the SBI (CPPC) Branch Govindpura, Bhopal, and dues could not be paid in mean time.

Due to non receipt of pension and retirement dues I am facing, Finanacial crunch, and mental / physical tesion in this age of 60 years, damaging my health.

It is requested to please pay attension towards this matter seriously and take early necessary action, for payment of my dues.
