Fraud and misuse of credit card

My name is Harshil Shah. I am using HDFC credit card 5176521008108039.I was told by company Club Leisure that there is offer and its free of charge. Saying that its free of charge they debited Rs.5509.00 from my account by credit card. The IVR system was not audible. They had told that i will receive pack within week of transaction and the transaction was done on 13/11.Till today i havent recd that pack or kit and banks are charging interest on the same. Their help line no. was 011-45738585 which no reply to this call. Kindly look into this matter. THe name is IBL CLUB in NAVI MUMBAI
