Fraud transaction by misrepresenting of facts

The company representative called me on 11/0 and offered a card with many offers. They also said it is free card and it is chargeable only when if you avail the offer by informing the customer care, We will then charge Rs 5509/- for availing the offer. Since the card require a verification it will be through online and you have to provide the details of the card. But what is observed they have immediately debited RS 5509/- from my account without even informing me about anything. This is a criminal act and number from which they are calling is also a fraud number.

Kindly help to retrieve my money.
