Club leisure dining card fraud

I received a call from club leisure offering me a package which entailed vouchers worth Rs. 25, 000 and a discount card which could be used at various restaurants and hotels. They redirected to IVR machine and asked to enter all my credt card details and after successfull transaction they told that i receive all package kit within 15 business days. The amount Rs5509 was debited from my credit card but never during the call they explained about the charges of 5509 and i got message from my credit card bank that online transaction was done for Rs 5509..They collected all the information address/dob/mothers maiden name/aniversary date..etc... They are not genuine and doesnt disclose all information..this is clear fraud from club leisure people..Please let me how can i get back my money..
