Unauthorized charge on my credit card

I have cancelled my membership long time back and Club Mahindra had still billed my Citibank Credit card with following transaction.

07/12 CLUB MAHINDRACHENNAIIN 5, 651.00

I have never authorised them to bill my current Citibank credit card. Neither Club Mahindra, nor Citibank is listening to my issue.

Please help.
