Extra payment deducted thru credit card

Company has deducted 11000/- Rs.extra from my credit card and denying the payment made to my account.

I have proof of Credit card statement of ICICI Bank, I have submitted the proof to club Mahindra, but till date no responce, This is pending since last two months appox.
