I had aplied for ipo Coal India, But till date I have not yet received refund For amt Rs 98000/

My details are as

CLIENT ID 00640965

Application No.: 37660314

But i would like to bring your knowledge by mistake on app wrong client id had been filled

Registra is replying that amount had been direct credit to that id that was on applcation i.e. of Sub Brokers. Niw registrar is not doing any thing to repay my refund as i had lot of time made mails to them with my client master. Help me to get back my refund.
