The undersigned took home loans of Rs. 8, 00, 000 (Rupees eigh lakhs) only in August. So far 88 EMIs have been cleared. I experienced a number lapses on the part of ICICI Bank during the tenure of repayment so far, i.e. the deduction of excess amount ratherthan EMI fixed. Complaints were lodged withthe Bak in the past in many occassions but without any results.

On 02.12.2009 I visited the aforesaid Bank for forclosure of my aforesaid loan and accordingly the updated statement genereted by me alongwith xerox copy of pass books were handed over to Mr. Agarwal, Manager, Customer Care. Accordingly he studied the statement and admitted that excess amoaunt has been deducted over EMI in number of occassions. However, handedover all the papers to Mrs. Pramita Dasgupta to tally the same with the bank's statement and instructed her to communicate the feed-back to the undersigned within two days. He also gave a phone number for contact purpose, but unfortunately till date not a single time the telephone has been picked up by any one of the bank.

After non-receipt of any response from the Bank's side, I again visited the Bank on 08.12.2009 to see Mr. Agarwal. I was told that Mr. Agarwal is on leave. I enquired for Mrs. Dasgupta, but unfortunately, she was also not available. I met one of the representatives of the Bank and told everything when he assured that Mrs. Dasgupta will contact me when she will return.

At about 5.00 clock on 08.12.2009 Smt. Dasgupta contacted me overmy mobile and assured to communicate the feed on 09.12.2009.

Unfortunately, like previous occassions, no contacts were made on behalf of the Bank.

Accordingly, I am writing to this complaint and guide me who I will proceed with the Bank for getting the job done.
