NON ALLOTMENT OF SHARES

Sir,

I applied for 400 shares of Coal India Ltd vide application No 38057373. I was intimated via e mail by the Registrar M/s Link Intime Pvt. Ltd. that no shares have been alloted against my above application and the total application money of Rs. 98000 was refunded to me. On my complaint to the Registrar they informed me that No shares have been alloted to me due to my multiple application.

I am investing i n Shares via IPO for the last few years and I am fully aware that one has to apply for only one application for number of shares required and have never applied for multiple applications. It seems that Bid details captured by a Syndicate Member on the NSE / BSE Electronic Bid File has wrongly caputured my application in more than one application, whereas I had not applied for more than one application.

As I had not applied for 400 shares vide only application No. 38057373 199 shares should have been allotted to me.

You are requested to take up with the registrar and get me 199 shares alloted for which I shall ever remain grateful
