Non allotment of shares or refund of money

I have deposited Cheque No. 107226 dated 20.10.2010 for Rs.98000/- drawn on State Bank of India, Bhadreswar Branch alongwith Bidder's Form for the purchase of 400 Shares @ Rs. 245/- each. The said cheque has encashed on 26.10.2010 through IDBI Bank, CMC Branch.

2. But it is very much regret that no shares have still credited to my DMAT A/c neither any amount refunded to my account till date. In this connection I statedthe following informations for your ready reference:

i) My Account No. 11227790806 with SBI, Bhadreswar Branch

ii) Client ID No. 10021590

iii) DP ID No. IN302654 (MLB Securities Ltd.)

3. I am very much sorry to inform you that I have wrongly written my DP ID No as. IN559925 (Trans Scan Securities Pvt. Ltd.) instead of No. IN302654 (MLB Securities Ltd.) on my application.

4. Please look into the matter and be kind enough to credit both the shares & residual refund to my ID & Bank A/C at an early date after necessary rectification..

5. I am very much regret for the inconvenience caused to you. I also pray to you to refund my refund amount for Rs.98000/- at an early date.
