NON ALLOTMENT OF SHARES/NON RECEIPT OF REFUND

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the Coal India shares throug my Bank under ASBA. My account has been debited for the allotment of shares but the shares have not been credited to my Demat account till date. On enquiry with the Registrar of the issue. I was informed that because of the change in my demat account the same has not been credited to my demat account and the funds have been returned to my banker -Axis Bank. They have also requested me to send the changed client Master list, which I have submitted to them imeediately. But despite my follow up with them they have not bothered to reply till date. The refund also has not been credited to my SB account till date. Hence kindly advise me the email address of the company to which I should submit my complaint and also the email address of SEBI for forwarding the same. My application number is 21180045532.
