Claim for prize money

I got a message from TD-BTMOBILE that my mobile no. has won the prize of USD 950, 000 in the 2010 coca-cola intl. mobile draw on my mobile no. 9911116466 . It stated to claim my prize by sending my information through e-mail to cc_comunit@live.com. I have done so and now they are asking to deposit Rs. 47, 500 before they will hand over my draft. So let me know is it true?
